29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about February 25, 2021, the employer did not ensure each employee, working at an elevation of 21 feet on a 6/12 sloped roof, were protected from falling by use of a personal fall arrest system.
