29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use.   a) On or about March 3, 2021, the employer did not provide safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals present in the workplace such as but not limited to Windex (skin and eye irritant), Invisible Glass (skin and eye irritant), Zep Alcohol Sanitizer Spray (skin and eye irritant), and Relton A-9 Aluminum Cutting Fluid (skin and eye irritant).  Alcon Connectors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1458166, citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Alcon Connectors, 1308 US Rt. 50 Ste. 100, Milford, Ohio 45150.
