29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above the floor or platform were not enclosed: 2025 S. Vandeventer Ave, St. Louis: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where employees are exposed to unguarded chain and sprocket of a press. On 4/16/2021 employees were exposed to the unenclosed sprocket wheel and chain of Zone Press # 2. The chain and sprocket were less than 4 feet above the workplace floor.
