29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: (a) On or about March 1, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by and trip hazards where boxed merchandise stacked up to six feet high throughout the production area was not arranged in a stable manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about March 11, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not maintain a clear distance of three feet in front of the circuit breaker panel, located on the south wall in the production area, in order to permit safe operation and maintenance of equipment. The electrical panel was blocked by multiple boxes. (b) On or about March 11, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not maintain a clear distance of three feet in front of the circuit breaker panels, located in the electrical room, in order to permit safe operation and maintenance of equipment. The electrical panels were blocked by garment racks. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
