29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about January 08, 2026, and at times prior, the employer exposed its employees to electrical hazards by not ensuring a metal power strip was mounted according to the listing and labeling requirements set forth by the manufacturer. The power strip was observed to be fastened with plastic wrapping tape and plastic zip ties along its side.
