The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet while standing on the rails to reach above his head to receive tools and wood from an employee above. The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a)On April 9, 2021 an employee was exposed to fall hazards while operating a 2019 Genie Aerial Lift, Model: S-65XC, Serial#: S65XCH-45638. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet. The employee was not wearing a lanyard attached to the boom. Abatement Certification and Documentation is Required.
