On or about April 6, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer's written respiratory protection program did not contain procedures to ensure adequate air quality, quantity, and flow of breathing air from air compressors and 6 compressed air purifiers that provided breathing air to supplied air respirators required to be worn by employees at primer spray booths and top coat spray booths. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards including, but not limited to carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oil mist, and water vapor.
