29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about April 14, 2021, painters were not informed about the hazards of 'isocyanates,' a class of chemicals commonly found in two part paints. Exposure to isocyanates can cause skin or respiratory irritation, allergic reaction and development of occupational asthma.

(b) On or about April 14, 2021, a rolling platform stairway located near the ovens had a damaged wheel, was not immediately tagged not to be used and removed from service until repaired.
