29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 24 Landmark, Eastampton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof while wearing full body harnesses with no lanyards attached. Condition observed on or about 04/16/21. Pine Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509701, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/21, with respect to a workplace located at Building 1300 - 12, 14. 16, 18, 20 Roberta Way, Medford NJ.
