Condition observed on or about 05/04/21.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Lumberton Family Apartments, Building 2, Cornerstone Drive, Lumberton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 21 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's second floor exterior wall top plates AND staged sheets of plywood (set on a job made platform installed on this residential structure's roof frames) while wearing a full body harness without an attached lanyard. Condition observed on or about 05/04/21. Pine Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509701, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/21, with respect to a workplace located at Building 1300 - 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 Roberta Way, Medford NJ.
