29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation:  a- Lumberton Family Apartments, Building 2, Lumberton NJ: A worker was exposed to struck by hazards when using a pneumatic nailer without the use of eye/face protection.   Condition observed on or about 04/28/21.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- Lumberton Family Apartments, Building 1, Cornerstone Drive, Lumberton NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 12 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near unprotected edges of a residential structure's porch roof without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted  on or about 04/28/21.  b- Lumberton Family Apartments, Building 2, Cornerstone Drive, Lumberton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 21 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's second floor exterior wall top plates without the use of fall protection.   Condition observed on or about 04/28/21.  Pine Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509701, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/21, with respect to a workplace located at Building 1300 - 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 Roberta Way, Medford NJ.
