Condition noted  on or about 04/28/21.  b- Lumberton Family Apartments, Building 2, Cornerstone Drive, Lumberton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 21 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's second floor exterior wall top plates without the use of fall protection.   Condition observed on or about 04/28/21.  Pine Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509701, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/21, with respect to a workplace located at Building 1300 - 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 Roberta Way, Medford NJ.
