29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1):Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: At the jobsite located at 21316 W. 65th St. in Shawnee, KS 66217: Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to shock hazards. Employees working with and in near proximity of the defective electrical flexible cord were exposed to shock hazards in that the employer did not ensure electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards. The flexible cord that was in use had damaged sheathing that exposed the internal lines.

At the jobsite located at 21316 W. 65th St. in Shawnee, KS 66217: Employees engaged in residential framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided. Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479766, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2020 , with respect to a workplace located at 14863 S Pflumn Rd, Olathe, KS 66062.

Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481763, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/08/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 14863 S Pflumn Rd, Olathe, KS 66062.
