29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At the jobsite located at Lot 201 Buckthorn St., Lees Summit, MO 64082: An employees was exposed to fall hazards greater than six feet in that no form of fall protection was utilized while installing siding to the frame of a residential home. Flores Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648013 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-23-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3018 Tracy Ave., Kansas City, Missouri 64109.
