29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   At the job site located at 12804 Foxborough Ct, Lake Lotawana, MO 64086: Employees engaged in residential framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.  Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479766, citation number 1, item number 3,  and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 14771-14863 S Pflumn Rd, Olathe, KS 66062.  Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525782, citation number 2, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on 07/09/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 21316 W 65th St. Shawnee, KS 66217.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the job site located at 12804 Foxborough Ct, Lake Lotawana, MO 64086, An employee was exposed to falls greater than 6' while engaging in framing work without the use of any form of fall protection. Employees were walking the top plate as they installed the webbing of a truss.  An employee was observed working near the edge of the home at heights greater than 15 feet from the top plate to the ground below   Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481763, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on 09/08/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 14771-14863 S Pflumn Rd, Olathe, KS 66062.  Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525782, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/29/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 21316 W 65th St. Shawnee, KS 66217.
