29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify: a) On or about 04/20/2021, at the Amherst Community Church Daycare Center, 2275 Washington Hwy, Amherst NY 14226, the swing radius boundary around the Grove GMK5220XL-1 Crane, was not marked to prevent employees from entering the hazardous area. Employees using entrance doors of the building, which were located directly under the swing path of the crane, were exposed to overhead and struck by hazards. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
