29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects. (a) At the installation site of Coley Gin & Fertilizer Co., on or about April 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure the use of head protection by employees working in areas where lifting of metal decking and machinery was performed, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and overhead hazards.
