1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) On or about April 22, 2021 and time prior to, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard by roller not being fully guarded on the Omet X4 440 in the production line. b) On or about April 22, 2021 and time prior to, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard by roller not being fully guarded on the MPS EP 410/8 in the production line. c) On or about April 22, 2021 and time prior to, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard by roller not being fully guarded on the RP-10 Roto 3513 in the production line. d) On or about April 22, 2021 and time prior to, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard by roller not being fully guarded on the RP-8 Roto 3513 in the production line. e) On or about April 22, 2021 and time prior to, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard by roller not being fully guarded on the G-8 Arsoma EM280 in the production line. f) On or about April 22, 2021 and time prior to, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard by roller not being fully guarded on the G 10-2 Gallus EM 280 in the production line. g) On or about April 22, 2021 and time prior to, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard by roller not being fully guarded on the G 10-1 Gallus EM 280 in the production line.
