29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7):A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device was not used to keep compressed gas cylinder(s) from being knocked over while in use: (a) Jobsite located on 2501 E. Hagert St. Philadelphia, PA - 19125: The employer did not ensure that the 100-pound compressed gas cylinder containing oxygen was secured in an upright position using a suitable steadying device, thus exposing the employees to struck-by and explosion hazards. Condition was observed on or about April 30, 2021.
