This was most recently documents on May 5, 2021 at a residential construction site located at 7309 Kilpatrick Parkway, Bennington, Nebraska 68007. An employee was working the second story of a house installing a window from the outside while standing on a sloped portion of the roof while working at a height of approximately 11.35 feet without fall protection.
