29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Lot 5/6: On or about May 18, 2021 and at times prior thereto; acting as the controlling employer did not ensure its subcontractors employees were protected from nine foot fall hazards while framing the second floor of residential townhomes. NOTE- Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item. Vollkommen Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1497775, Repeat Serious Citation number 1, Item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3648 N Centrepoint Way, Meridian ID, 83646. Vollkommen Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1389425, Serious Citation number 1, Item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3710 N Centrepoint Way Bldg. E, Meridian ID, 83646.
