29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or before August 16, 2022, the controlling employer did not ensure that its sub-contractor employees were protected from fall hazards while working on the second level of a new multifamily structure. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards greater than 9 feet.   Vollkommen Construction, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531770, citation number 1, , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 16852 Idaho Center Blvd Nampa, ID 83651.  Vollkommen Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1497775, citation number 1, Item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3648 N Centrepoint Way, Meridian ID, 83646.  Vollkommen Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1389425, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3710 N Centrepoint Way, Meridian, ID 83646. 29 CFR  1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  (a) On or before August 16th, 2022 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that debris was prevalent outside most work areas. This condition exposed employees to slip, trip, fall, and puncture hazards.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
