29 CFR 1926.451(h)(1): Each employee on a scaffold was not provided with additional protection from falling hand tools, debris, and other small objects through the installation of toeboards, screens, guardrail systems, or through the erection of debris nets, catch platforms, or canopy structures that contain or deflect the falling objects. On or about May 26, 2021, on the north side of the project site, employees performing masonry work from a scaffold on the outside of a building at heights upwards of ten (10) feet were not protected from falling tools, bricks, and buckets.
