29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: At the jobsite located at 1501 E 8th St, Liberal, KS, employees engaged in rendering activities were exposed to Sulfuric Acid which can cause chemical burns, permanent blindness, and respiratory irritation in that the employer did not ensure that personal protective equipment was used when necessary.
