29 CFR  1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer's piping and instrument diagrams were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process.    At the worksite located at 5302 Stockyards Expressway, Saint Joseph, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to possible toxic and or hazardous substances in that the piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) were not accurate and matched what was in the field.    a)  This was demonstrated on June 7, 2021, when the employer did not ensure P&ID Drawing +35 Palletizing AU-93 CS-093 matched what was observed in the field.   Valve #20 defrost isolation valve, valve tag 093-DR-20-NO, marked on P&ID Drawing +35 Palletizing AU-93 CS-093 was not labeled in the field.    b)  This was demonstrated on June 7, 2021, when the employer did not ensure P&ID Drawing +35 Palletizing AU-93 CS-093 matched what was observed in the field.  Valve #12 suction isolation valve, valve tag 093-ITRS-12-NO was not labeled in the field.    c)  This was demonstrated on June 7, 2021, when the employer did not ensure P&ID Drawing +45 Shipping Dock AU-81A & 81B CS-081.  Valve #43 defrost gauge valve, valve tag 081-DR-43-NC was not labeled in the field.
