29 CFR 1910.268(c): Employer did not provide training in the various precautions and safe practices. Location: 392 Ashley Boulevard New Bedford, MA The employer failed to develop specific procedures and provide adequate training in the use of traffic control devices. Training in the process of appropriate traffic control while removing/installing overhead cable TV wires strung across an active roadway was not adequate and an employee was injured where appropriate traffic devices were not used.
