(a) Rib Line; On or about May 20, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed sanitation operators to amputation/laceration hazards  from accidental contact with nip/shear/crush points in the band conveyor system;  e-stops were not installed and were not readily accessible, and employees would have to travel in excess of 25 ft.  to reach the hydraulic power valve in case of emergency.
