29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. Warehouse - Employees were exposed to potential egress hazards due to pallets obstructing the exit routes in the warehouse aisles. Instances : a) Aisle HH01-1-A had two pallets blocking egress in the aisle. b) Aisle EE01-1-A had approximately 4-5 pallets blocking egress in the aisle. c) Aisle AA01-1-A had two sections of the aisle with pallets blocking egress.
