29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 105 Cherry St., Dunmore, PA: Employees performing roofing work on the residence (installing shingles) were not using personal fall arrest equipment or other means of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty-two (22) feet, as observed on or about June 23, 2021.  Abatement Certification and Documentation Required  Quality Roofing Express was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1472804, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10,2020, with respect to a workplace located at 231 Arthur Ave., Scranton, PA.
