29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 1805 Sanderson Ave., Scranton, PA: Employees performing roofing work on the residence (installing shingles and ridge cap) were not using personal fall arrest equipment or other means of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately thirty (30) feet, on or about September 12, 2022.   Abatement Certification and Documentation Required   Quality Roofing Express was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538095, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 17, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Cherry St., Dunmore, PA.
