29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. In the Housekeeping Closet: Safety data sheets were not available for employees using EcoLab Oasis 255 SF Industrial Strength Glass Cleaner, EcoLab Oasis 145 Multi-Quat Sanitizer, and EcoLab Oasis 133 Surface Cleaner and Degreaser to perform housekeeping duties. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
