Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- 63 East Main Street, Marlton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a commercial structure's framed, unsheathed, porch floor without the use of fall protection.
