29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite located at 1201 West Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, PA - The employer failed to provide fall protection to employees framing a residential building exposing them to falls of approximately 30 feet. Observed on or about March 7, 2022. The New Team Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 1560880, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1823 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130. The New Team Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 1538950, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 63 E. Main St, Marlton, NJ 08053.
