29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. The employer failed to ensure work areas were kept clean and orderly. This was most recently observed at 4224 N. 22nd St., Omaha, NE 68110 on June 29, 2021 where employees were working in areas that walking-work surfaces were blocked with carts and palletized materials obstructing walk ways and preventing movement.
