29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from falling while attempting to remove debris off of an Autocar front end loader garbage truck. a) Job site, 300 West Campus Ave, Davidsville, PA 15928: on or about July 2, 2021, employees were not protected from falling while attempting to remove debris off of an Autocar front end loader garbage truck. One employee suffered extensive injuries while attempting to use the windshield guard as a ladder to remove debris from the top of the cab of the truck.
