29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2):Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: a) United States Bakery (dba: Franz Family Bakeries), 5150 Midland Road, Billings, MT: On or about July 8, 2021 and at times prior employees were exposed to caught in hazards while cleaning the sheeting rollers of the PAN-O-MAT #200390. The employer did not ensure that all ingoing nip points of the sheeting rollers were adequately guarded.
