Packaging Line: On or about December 3rd, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while working adjacent to and around the unguarded UBE Model 75-1 Bread Bagger.

29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Oven: On or about December 3rd, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards following the lubrication of a chain and sprocket assembly. After the maintenance action the guard was not reattached to the equipment leaving it operating and unguarded.
