29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) Franz Bakery, dough rounder: On or about March 9th, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in and amputation hazards while placing their hands in the danger zone of the unguarded AMF Conical Dough Rounder to feed and clean the machine.
