Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately eight feet from the working surface to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. Shuker Custom Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1186975, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11.22.2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1651 Blue Jacket St. in Overland Park, KS.
