29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from hazards identified in a hazard assessment:   a) On or about July 19, 2021 employees were exposed to falls up to approximately 10 feet or more while inspecting or performing maintenance tasks on RV rooftops.   Note - Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.   RV World, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456436, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/3/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2480 Blue Heron Drive, Marion, Illinois 62959.
