29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that guardrails met the requirement that midrails that are installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface. (a) 20 Industrial Drive, Hamburg, PA; - On or about March 4, 2025, scaffolding was in use as a guard rail system , but it did not include a midrail located midway between the toprail and the walking-working surface located eight to 12 feet above the lower level. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) 20 Industrial Drive, Hamburg, PA; Workshop - On or about March 4, 2025, the table saw in the woodshop had no guard in place covering the portion of the blade above the table. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
