29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) 20 Industrial Drive, Hamburg, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered a work-related fracture to the left leg on August 7, 2024 after a fall to the same level. The injury required hospitalization, and the employer did not report this hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. No abatement certification or documentation required
