29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   A) Danby Products, worksite located 1800 Production Dr., Findlay, Ohio 45840, near door 1:  On or about July 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from struck-by hazards while operating the Lantech Q300 semi automatic stretch wrapping machine.  Employees operating in proximity of the roll carriage as the carriage moves down the mast were exposed to struck by hazards.
