29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.    a) On or about  August 2, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13)  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) On or about August 2, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were performing roofing operations nine (9) feet six(6) inches to ten (10) feet six (6) inches above the ground were not protected by the use of personal fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  R & R Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1505096  citation number 2,  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at  4645 Dempster Street, Skokie,  IL 60076.  R & R Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1447440  citation number 2,  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at  18335 S. La Grange Road, Tinley Park, IL  60487.  R & R Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398180  citation number 1,  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 15, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at  1971 Berkshire Place,  Wheaton, IL  60189.

LaGrange Road, Tinley Park, IL  60487.
