29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again.  On or about August 13, 2021, at the warehouse area.  Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards when walking, and working along broken and uneven floor surfaces while conducting operations such as receiving, moving and storing merchandise with power industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and wheeled carts in the following areas:  a.    At the receiving area entrance. Broken floor surface section measures 126 inches by 10 inches.   b.    At the central pathway of the warehouse area. Broken floor surface measures 120 inches by 4 inches.   c.   At exit towards sales floor. Broken floor surface measures 16 inches by 16 inches.   NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
