29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) On or about 8/19/2021, on 270 East Avenue, at the 270 on East Apartments, located in Rochester, New York, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment such as as temporary wiring was protected from damage. A cord set used by employees for power tools was not protected from construction vehicles driven on the job site. The cord set was damaged exposing live energized wiring and it was not removed from service on the job site. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFIATION REQUIRED
