29 CFR 1910.213(r)(4): Suitable guard(s) were not provided to reduce to a minimum the hazard due to the point of operation of the Smart Products HD 1-Man Dismantler :  (a)	L & R Pallet Service, Inc. at 3855 Lima Street, Denver, CO 80239: On or before August 26, 2021, the employer did not effectively guard the Smart Products HD 1-Man Dismantlers in the Wood Recovery and Production areas of the facility, in that while facing the saw, employees lift single pallets up and over the moving horizontal reciprocating blade and then down onto the cutting table.  Employees then pull the pallet toward them to cut the pallet in half.  This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
