29 CFR 1910.176(b):Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. On or about August 26, 2021, the employer failed to fully document its training of employees to ensure that anchor bolts on industrial steel racking had fully tightened nuts.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Examination. Electric equipment shall be free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined using the considerations identified in (b)(1)(i)-(b)(1)(viii) of this standard. On or about August 26, 2021, employees were exposed to potential shock hazards when the plastic jacket around the charging prongs for the C&D Technologies battery charger, at charging station #31, was broken and had exposed live components.
