29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a)	On or about September 8, 2021, at or near 1028 50th Avenue West in West Fargo, North Dakota, an employee exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet while setting trusses.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1449209 , Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January  8th, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6941 Majestic  Loop in Lincoln, North Dakota.

29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(8): The employer did not use metal spreading or locking devices on each stepladder to hold the front and back sections in an open position when the ladder is being used:   (a)	On or about September 8, 2021, at or near 1028 50th Avenue West in West Fargo, North Dakota, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while installing trusses where a Keller A-frame step ladder was folded against a wall.
