29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On July 14th, 2022 at or near 3413 Gallatin Drive Bismarck, North Dakota, employees engaged in roofing operations on a 8:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards up to 19 feet 9 inches. Note: This company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Numbers 1552578 and 1449209, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 16th, 2022 and December 14th, 2019 respectively with respect to a workplace located at 1317 North 12th Street Bismarck, North Dakota.
