Ramon's area by men's restroom.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical On or about October 5, 2021, at this establishment, employees performed cabinet shop activities and were exposed to hazardous and injurious chemicals. The employer did not made readily accessible and ensure copies of safety data sheets for these chemicals were maintained. The Hoffman Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316564, citation number 1, item number 3-b and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1306 Laredo Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401.
